OF the Episcopal Church

The Constitution and Canons of the Episcopal Church serve as the governing documents for the entire Episcopal Church. They also contain information pertinent to disciplinary and judicial cases within the Church.

If you are interested in past editions of the Constitution and Canons, or if you would like a copy in Spanish, please visit the archives of the larger Episcopal Church.

of the Diocese

The Episcopal Church at large allows for a certain amount of Diocesan autonomy, and there are certain matters of governance that must be determined based on the local needs of each Diocese. Thus, the Diocesan Constitution and Canons provide information beyond the general Constitution and Canons of the Episcopal Church about how the Diocese of South Dakota functions.
